At India Diversity Forum, we believe that the real change in the employment world vis-à-vis diversity and inclusion will come with the right hiring – of professionals irrespective of their gender, age, religious background, disability and cultural background. A promising candidate must be hired on his/ her proficiency and competence to deliver in the required position and there should be no discrimination in hiring. Hence, IDF is organising an annual mega Job Fair, India Diversity Job Fair 2021, and invites companies to hire candidates. These candidates will include professionals on job, out of job, on sabbatical, disabled, educated and skilled homemakers who could not enter the employment world owing to their family commitments but are talented
and skilled, just out of college students, professionals in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s (some companies have begun hiring retired professionals) and all educated or candidates looking for jobs irrespective of any factor. We believe: if they are good for your job, hire them. Hence, we have decided Equal Opportunity For All in Jobs as our theme for the Job Fair.
We will also have a few knowledge sessions as a parallel activity for the HR professionals and candidates, who are either waiting for their interviews or have completed the process of their interviews.
